This festival reminded me of the small town fair I would go to, once a year....Our little community came together and had some fun. We would also have Bean Hole Bean Festival...once a year....They cook baked beans in a huge pot, buried into the ground. Oh so good. Thanks for sharing.

it's amazing the pigs don't leave with the gate wide open.. they must love being taken care of by Dau and Tu. the ducks welcomed the new duck nicely. Tu caught that duck so quickly they checked the mask cause they thought she could see.. lol but she's just a very sharp capable lady. Dau is blessed to have her as his wife.

It is amazing how many rocks those pigs can unearth in such a short time! An annual Vietnamese festival like that is held very near my home in NC! The food is scrumptious and the traditional clothing is beyond beautiful!!!
