a good number of them have actually built solid theater careers, laura is a Tony nominee, ashley is on broadway, kate rockwell has toured & has a show coming to broadway (bring it on) & kathleen is in a show in la jolla that might be coming next season. not bad (at least for the girls) for a tv show that only lasted 1 season!

In case anyone was wondering. Laura is a well respected actress with two tony nominations and I believe 6 bway shows under her belt plus the princess party. Kate is currently Karen on Mean Girls on bway and originated (she also was on bring it on), Ashley was most recently in Rock of Ages but is pretty active in the bway community. I feel like the girls were a bit more successful than the guys. Max Crumm left bway for a bit but I believe he’s done a few things in nyc recently

@cheergurl509 Because the one from the movie is studio recorded sound. These actors are actually singing and dancing at the same time. They're doing a great job with not sounding too breathy. It takes more talent to sing and dance at the same time than to just sing and just dance.
