Thank you for these videos (bought the book last week.) Would you please make a video demonstrating/clarifying the various tempos (SWVS, SWS, etc) In this video you mentioned that you were doing a "Moderate Stretch Wave" or moderate tempo which was never mentioned in the book (although all the descriptions of the stretches in the book would seem to fall under that category) As I'm needing to do some SWVS for my plan I would really like to know if I'm understanding it correctly.
