The stylus is just ok, but you can always buy another one as a ton of people make styluses. I personally don't use them very often in general.

It is ok in the sunlight and would compare it to the quality of a phone. You will get reflections unless you find some type of film for that.

I don't use facebook messenger, but I would assume it is like other apps. Try holding down over the message and see if it highlights and shows a delete button or option. Otherwise not really sure.
