There is a "Strength Training" mode, but I don't think you can connect a chest strap or external heart rate monitor to it.

Yes, there is an option on the watch to do so, but it will decrease the battery life. I don’t know how accurate this is.

@@dmosk2002 You have no reason to be saturated at 89%? You are aware that we are in the middle of a pandemic, right? Nevertheless, check it again against medical grade sensor to make sure you are okay.

This watch is not as good as it is said. Why? 1. The battery is just 5-6 days. If the the manufacturer said that it can run for 14 days, it is a public lie. I am so disappointed! 2. The blood oxygen measurements are full of mess. They are too long, too many failures and the results are dubious. I give 1* from 5*. I am disappointed!

I literally bought it and returned it first couple days, I dont like smart wat he's due to battery, and was thinking this watch was different, but with all the good stuff on, battery is 5 to 7 days max if say.

@@arishsantoso9871 they say it can run for 24 days actually, but that's with most of stuff disabled. You can read up on it under the fine print at the bottom of amazfits website.

@@maheshprattipati2913 I thoroughly researched before ordering the Amazefit.. Noisefit is nowhere near amazefit watches. The GUI itself is way better than Noise. Apart from that a more comparable option is the Realme Watch S Pro. Basic watch features are the same but feature wise Amazefit tops the charts.

@@AlexMkd1984 not my point. What I meant was the clickbait of Apple watch alternative means the video should show IOS compatibility. iPhone users are pretty limited in 3rd party support. Title should have been galaxy watch alternative.

Battery life depends on usage. Spo2 normally takes some time, even in flagship watches. It takes a few days for the Spo2 to become accurate.
