09:50 protip, radar deprivation can be used as a detection detection tool. if it flashes like it did, it means someone got a lock on you and lost it. meaning you were spotted

This mech was the Piranha before the PIR 1 arrived. It's still a good mech. I have heavy smalls on mine.

the buffs to small pulse make 4 small pulse + machine guns just slightly better these days.

Super second game. I bought two piranhas during the event and I watched your videos for outfitting them and piloting them. This reminded me of them. They are super squishy but if you can find the right game they are also a lot of fun. I love them. Also the vapor eagle with atm's the guy in the video chat was complaining about. I agree with him completely but I also can't help[ going to the dark-side every now and then and using one. They are amazing :D Fantastic second game Bara. Well played sir ;D

I run this with heavy lasers. Surprisingly cool-running build, since your actual main damage-dealers are the machine guns. Artillery also helps add to the DPS and for area denial.

Agreed. I could build a mech exactly like I see on a video but I'm lucky if I do half as much damage. Goes to show pilot skill is a huge factor in this game.

@@Comicsluvr well no, im also quite skilled, i think its actually due to me not putting in skills, if me and someone else are using the exact same mech part for part i can beat them fairly consistantly, its an oof

@@randomfurrygirl548 Sadly, I'm a very inconsistent player. I'll binge on it for a while, get pretty good with a couple of my fave mechs, and then not play for weeks or months. When I come back, I need to build my muscle memory up all over again. Mad respect for those that play often enough to stay sharp.

Only money I ever spent on this game was to grab the Ebon Dragoon but the MLX-G is :chefkiss: Ran a whole bunch with Larsh one night too. Lovely times! #mistlynx4life

Just started playing mwo with 2 of my friends, and after the cadet bonus ended I decided to pick the Mist Lynx as my first mech. God it feels horrible. But if I ever get good with it, thank you Baradul

I run a very similar build! I have 1/2 ton less ammo to max the left torso armor and haven't had issues running out of ammo with double magazine capacity. For skills, I only put 24 into firepower which lets me run max survival while still having all the mobility. Only one seismic sensor and less consumable nodes on my tree. I'm a relatively new player and this is the mech I was playing when I got to tier 1. Fun build and a nasty little murder hornet.

I run a Mist Lynx with a somewhat similar build: 3 X Heavy Medium lasers & 4 x LMG, lots of mobility skills, and a bit of survivability, since as a noob (a little over 2 months playing), my positioning skills aren't as good as yours and I take more fire. It's not necessarily the mech I do best with - although it's close - but it's the most fun. That 800+ damage round was insane, man.

i switch the right arm for mlx-a you get plus rof for machine guns that i think is useful for once?? and +5 cooldown for energy instead of the +10, 2 less mg hardpoints, but you trade that for armored right arm

I named my Mist Lynx Prime, Scrappy Doo. Given lrm 10s, two machine guns, and NARC he found lights and mediums to be too easy and started hunting Atlas'.

Would love to see him run my favorite light build, Jenner IIC, 2x C-SRM 6, 4, and 2, (48 damage per punch) 5x C-SRM 1 ton ammo, Clan XL 305, no heat sinks. Spec out for cool down, heat gen, and missiles (ignore range when possible) 10 points in auxiliary. 4 points operations only left side single run to hill climb 2, high sensors, uav and coolshot x2 auxilary.

Ofc it's possible. But you got to do your homework (cadet bonus, 5m CB training boost, good choice of mech+loadout, basic tactics..) and have a thick skin. Out of the box It's pretty newbie-unfriendly

I feel like i have encountered a lot of ESP hacking this past month, I think when a player "Spot's" a target that has not actually been seen by anyone it has that weird font. Of course that is just my personal suspicion.

I think its when they are playing on a game with either Russian lettering or Chinese writing.....it wont display if your version dosnt have the correct font. The hacking call was against a different player and he never said why he though he was hacking.

i still wonder why people bring 4x lrm 15 on the supernova when you can do it more reliably with faster mechs like the munchback IIC or have two extra lrm 15s with the mad cad or mad dog

Hey Bara I was wondering what would be a good clan drop deck because black Friday and Christmas is coming so heroes will be on sale, I was thinking of buying the dire wolf uv, arctic cheetah shard the mad cat mk 2 death strike and the piranha cipher for my 4 hero clan drop deck. If you have any suggestions for that maybe a video on clan faction play would be good.
