Watching Carol Klein with such remarkably articulate and inspired gardeners is my therapy. Sometime I work around my small place just listening then replay when I can sit down to watch. There is plenty to absorb and I realize how much detail I've missed on one playing. Thanks for the emotional lift.

to replant roses no panic. Dig out and replant in a cardboard box .Improve soil in the bed and set the planted box in the hole .By time that box rots all is well and noods have set in ground with rose roots. The rotted box acts as feed so your set for a good summer flowering again

This type of British Garden video is my favorite thing to watch before heading outside. Such a treat. Thanks for uploading as I'm in California and would not see these otherwise.

I replant roses in cardboard boxes.By time roots have grown ecology is made and cardboard box helps feed the plant . Used this all my life in odd places and by cuttings of old rose plant will save any loss.Dig out old rose or cut it right down and see it eyes in root will bring old rose back first.

Beautiful gardens, but the gardeners really should educate themselves about soil health and the no-dig methodology. Charles Dowding makes excellent videos about this on his KZbin channel. All that ‘cleaning’ the flower beds in the spring is not necessary, not good for the soil and bad for wildlife in the garden.

I love all of your videos. I have watched all of them. Question. What are you using for grit? I am in the US and when you look up garden grit all kinds of things pop up. Help!!!!!
