Super foot do you think you can beat me in golf yet. We got honored to be paired up with super foot and he liked us enough to hook us up every time he would see us. what a class guy and he was getting good at golf too. I got an eagle one of the times and said it was lucky and he quickly says no did you get the look at the hole and and aim at it like a teacher I'll never forget how lucky we were

Interesting. You might come from a different generation than I do. I watched a video where Joe Rogan was explaining his martial art background and his martial art journey. I felt the same energy/spirit from him speaking as I did watching these legends. Or maybe you just know something that I don't lol.

@@joshokon2800 Joe Rogan is one of those people who have become very successful, and let that success get to his head. There is always a hint of arrogance every time he speaks. You should listen to his views on Christianity also. The guy dares to speak about Jesus Christ with contempt.

Joe is a hype man and a failure with martial arts but these are the guys who begin humble and that really devoted themselves to and let time develop them because it was a labor of discipline and love for the martial arts. 🥷

There are no more legends today. But the men from this group that are still living. Today more than ever it's about $ and fame. And people mostly don't train anywhere as hard as they used to. (unless it's a means out of poverty...still the case in some places...with western boxers and Muay Thai fighters from Thailand). It's something most people do 2x a week along with soccer or football practice. I agree with Benny's view of MMA...they just learn enough...become a "jack of all trades master of none". As good as some MMA fighters are...like Zhang Weili, female Straw Weight UFC champ. Also, I believe you have to compete and win to earn respect. To be a true "legend". Proven. Undeniable. Documented (photos, film and magazine/newspaper).

This was memorable, I'm so glad this was organized and filmed. Again, two cameras would have been better. Thanks for doing this, although you could scrape up a half dozen more and add another hour. You just scratched the surface! There's so much to say! You were all active since the 60's!

Benny has a huge warrior spirit. Would love to train with him. His fighting prowess was more than next level. He is the thing of legend. His humble cheerful approach makes him even more impressive.

It's truly a small world when you get into martial arts. I had the honor of meeting Bill "superfoot" Wallace and Don "the dragon" Wilson. Although I didn't get to train with them. I still got to meet two legends get their autographs and my picture taken with them. Bill Wallace was a joker lol he liked my gf at the times hat. It had a price tag of 10 bucks on it. He put the sticker on her chest and said now your heart's worth 10 dollars. I saw him again a few years later at the convention in Ohio. Arnold's fitness expo. I talked to don wilson for a few minutes. I told him I didn't expect him to be so tall. He was like 6ft 2. Bigger than me at the time.. he said I get that alot being asian. People assume I am shorter. Then he said you know who's short ? Sylvester Stallone and van damn. Told me how Stallone got him to judge amature boxing for him.. said it was the worst amature boxing he ever saw lol told me something about van damn boasting about being a champion fighter. He told Van dam he would fight him that he was a champion fighter too. Van dam didn't respond lol 😂 both guys were very nice and approachable. Don wilson was particularly talkative and willing to conversate. My instructor knew frank bustillo who along with Danny inasanto was bruce lees top jeet kune do students and closest friends. My uncle and dad grew up with a guy who trained with Mike stone, Chuck norris and Joe Lewis. Who also met Bruce Lee a few times. Named Eddie hall. I got to meet him and hear some of the stories. He showed me some moves and is a older man in his late 60s. If you go around and train at multiple schools. You will be suprised who you end up meeting and being associated with. I also got to meet ufc fighter Chuck liddel once and my gf went to school with Lance benoist another ufc fighter.

Much love for all the other martial artists! But why is Michael Jai White sitting there during this conversation acting like he respects these guys! While he’s talking bad about the GOAT Bruce Lee, saying he could beat Bruce Lee because of their size differences? Michael Jai White should really be bad mouthing these guys also! Telling them he can’t whip all their asses! As he said about Bruce Lee! He’s a hater!

@@alexanderohanlon8825 u got your point and in general Bigger guy would crush smaller guy but u cant compare Floyd to Bruce cuz the different Between Floyd and Bruce is Floyd is very good at defense in boxing and he always try to get as much points as he could to win and that’s why no one can beat him in boxing and on others side Bruce is the fastest martial artist in the world and he hit like heavyweight and this dude can send people fly from his kick and he only weight 140lb and if joe Lewis the heavyweight kickboxer champion said Bruce was a incredible street fighter and he become Bruce’s student and I know size’s matter but is not true bigger guys would beat smaller guys and if is 100% guaranteed then joe lewis would have beat bruce and no matter how big u are and u would still get hurt and is all depends on the factory also 100 pounds heavier is not that much against a well know martial artist especially Bruce lee so what is the point to talk about it?
