Superb video Pete. Fantastic class 69 captures and that Bessacar Junction looks like a great venue. Thanks for sharing with us Pete, all the best mate, Colin.

Many thanks Colin. Bessacarr is a must place mate. If you drop on you can bag a good 12 to 13 in less than 2 hours. All freight apart from the EMR lincoln/Peterborough service. The best times are from 1600 to 1800 mate. Even to get 8 is great in that time too Colin.

Cheers Pete, would love to try it one day but i'm guessing you need a car to get there. Will look into it though .

I can hardly believe that a place could have named a caravan in the 60s, 70s and very early 80s, but there WAS a Bessacar caravan.

I can remember seeing the Bessacarr Caravan.

It was always Stainforth & Hatfield station in my day !
@donnypete4 ай бұрын
It was, and why they changed it doesn't make sense 😕 as it's miles from Hatfield lol

At last some lovely weather for you Pete. Some different shots and plenty of freight and Passengers. I didn't think we were still using coal,shame on us. As they can't see beyond their noses, all heritage lines are struggling with the basic thing. Still that is where we are. Look forward to the next one. Make hat as they say. LOL

Many thanks, Ernest. I'm glad you enjoyed it, mate. And yes, Im definitely appreciating this nice weather. Can't believe how much bad weather I've been in, lol, this past winter. Yeah, we're still using Coal mate . Only Ratcliffe Power Station using it , but only until September. Then there pulling it down ....
@ernestbailey91944 ай бұрын
@@donnypete Typical just when the cold weather will be coming they plan to pull it down. Hope this weather will be with us a bit longer, really pleasant today. Keep enjoying making the videos, we all appreciate them.
