Well! I was miles off with the stab in the dark small music box, although if you flicked that tounge it might go boing!!!. And now an even more ridiculous possibility, A portable ash tray, for the formal occasions, the tounge for resting the cigarette on, swinging it around so the ash falls into the hinged lid as it burns. Hows that for a stretch of the imagination! You had a fun hunt. Lucky kid! And the slouch hat is amongst my high end bucket listers. All the right stuff is there, a very nice permission! Awesome Cam, so glad after all the hard work you were able to keep some silver! The cap gun was amazing!! The clipped penny was cool! All of it was cool! Of course I laughed at the double chin footage, what double chin? Great hunt and awesome video 😍

Yeah, there's nothing about the Manticore I've seen that would have me upgrade from the 800 with the 6" coil 🤷‍♂️

I feel you. The nox800 and the 6” coil is a deadly combo. But if you get the chance to try the manticore… take it over old ground and see what happens.

Nice job, I find my manticore is chattery when the coil is vertical while digging, when I level the coil with the ground it stops. I guess that’s why people lean them on the spade while checking the hole. Thanks for sharing. Some lovely old coins, that cap gun is awesome

Do you swing slow? Not so trashy areas? 5 is a good recovery speed I reckon anyway. I might even swing slower and drop down to 3 recovery speed and see how I go. Cheers!🍻
