Yes tho the best are Bakugo, Uraraka, Aizawa, Iida is good too if you don't have many meta characters, Jiro is good too and Kirishima is a good tank idk about Todo and Deku is not the best imo and some mems are good too Tsu does a lot of damage if u need a dps

Kiri and kaminari are Not as strong as they once we're. Pvp wise I'd say aizawa, jiro, tsuyu & iida are great. PvE bakugo, ochaco, and todoroki are amazing! Lots of good choices with a step up banner, Goodluck if you decide to summon!
