This is fantastic. I'm so happy to see that your content will reach many. I do most of these, too. If I feel veggies might go bad, I make more than one subzi on the same day and either refrigerate or freeze it/them. I buy small quantity of fruits so they get eaten before they spoil. As we are senior citizens, our consumption is low. I buy accordingly. I'm also very particular about not wasting cooking gas, water and electricity. Please continue making such videos.

That's great. Earlier we also used to the same, buy in less quantity and consume within 1-2 days. Thanks for sharing your ideas!

Best method to dry mint is along with its stem and later separate the mint and store them. My daughter is 8 months. since the day I started soilds for her there is too much of wastage . So the leftover kichidi (untouched) i add 1 spoon of besan, wheat flour or oats powder and then prepare chilla out of it for us .. to my surprise my daughter like this very much so sometimes i prepare kichidi and then chilla from fresh kichdi and serve her. its a hit at my home

It's always a pleasing to watch your videos.. great job ma'am.. Some tips that I mostly use to finish my leftover food: 1. Leftover rice nd daal to make a khichdi by just adding good jeera n Hing tadka, also u can add veggies of ur choice to make it nutritious ( I mostly add chopped spinach and carrots)😊 2. With over ripe bananas, one can make eggless chocolate banana cake or simply eggless banana cake. ☺️ But it's always good to cook according to d need so dat there are no leftovers.. ❤️to u..😊

With left over rice n daal we can make thalipeeth. Jus mash the rice add little leftover daal or dahi. N add red chilly powder n haldi, chopped onions (optional), add flour (besan, wheat, ragi, bajra, jowar whatever you like. ) add Salt. Make it into a soft dough ball. On a pan add little oil n dab the dough ball into a flat patti n cook till golden brown.
