24 BILLION DOLLARS! - is it only me who is flabbergasted seeing this figure? 24 billion dollars can build & run 2000 schools in a developing country while employing 200,000 people! Thats 2000 schools that could be BUILT & RUN & 200,000 families' future who could feed & prosper gone with the wind! Btw 200,000 people is just the permanent school workers, if we include the labor employed to build these schools then the number of people employed would reach 220,000!

@@lonniedahlstrom110 I'm under stand Alot of homeless are on drugs and they refuse housing,But there's a lot of homeless who can't work because of medical/Mental conditions that have nothing to do with drugs,I no people who are still homeless because they lost there jobs because they wouldn't get vaccinated,And the Bay Area were I live renters can raise rent just because,your rent couldn't be Hundred one month and 45 the next...And NO Veteran should be homeless point blank,If u put your life on the line in this county,Your country owes you,And you should have FREE housing...

Think how much permanent housing for working class people that $ could have helped build if it wasn’t all wasted on people that choose the drug filled homeless life style. Or how many mental health and drug treatment centers that could have been funded after criminals are incarcerated for the crimes these conditions cause. People don’t voluntarily seek treatment, it has to be prison or mandated treatment. Public and private spaces need to be returned to the citizens where lawlessness will not be tolerated. Drug addicts and people with mental health problems need to be helped for their own good and the good of society.
