Rudolf (Rudi) Heuer from Vienna. He won 3rd place on FISM 1976. Rudi is president of Magischer Ring Austria. A very kind guy and a great magician. I remember he was working on an act with larger balls back in 1993-1994 when I lived in Austria but I am not sure if he ever recorded it. There is a better, color recording of his act from Magier Sind Unter Uns show that was broadcasted by ORF but not sure what year it was (1978-1980).
