GREAT NORTH RUN training On holiday! Dangerous animals, Near deadly falls extreme elevation!

In This Video Join me as I take on one of the most brutal training routes I could have found. With stunning views, endless stairs and near vertical drops. Watch as I survive dangerous cows and survive nearly slipping off a cliff edge. Have I bitten of more that I can chew with this one?

You must have some good toe protection on those shoes, with all the rocks you were kicking 😅 I guess you won't find many boring flat routes around that area!

They are the Primus Trail Barefoot shoes, I was my first time wearing them and while overall very nice the toe protection could have been better (or I could have stopped tripping over) I thought I had found a flat route then the wife made me change location - as a mature Adult I take zero responsibility for that mistake
