Yeah, it changed with the dog dlc that dropped. There are a couple places there on that hill you can still place a tent. They are just a little bit of a pain to find. In my discord in the hunter call of the wild chat there is a picture of where you can place it now.

If you have tough spots that you cant see through grass, you can move back far until the grass renders out. Or you can try using the caller, that is what i do. It helps a bit. @@vapesmoker8738

Hi ibuy ive been following you for a little bit and im currently working on a black bear grind. Im on srp and ive shot down my exteriors but evry few rounds i keep getting smalll bears on my main lakes. im probably 3000+ kills in and im not getting any diamonds and still no great one. i dont want to give up but im really confused and not sure what im doing wrong because im doing what you and lady says in your guides. got any tips? thank you for your amazing content!

You will still get small bears to spawn on the 4 lakes for sure. But if you are over 3k without spawning diamonds, there is definitely some larger bears out there hiding somewhere on your map. It seems after the last change for the bears they tend to bounce out a bit more too. But you should be able to get out there and find them. Even a 7 or 8 out at another lake can really effect the diamond spawn rate. I hope you can find them, and i hope this little bit helps!

question about whitetail ... i had a zone with 3 males and 1 female and i shot all the males. now that zone only has that 1 female and the males aren't respawning. did those males go somewhere else and now the zone is dead? should i shoot the female or just leave this zone alone now ? thanks !

The males did go somewhere else and you have to find them. Any time that you have 3 bucks and 1 doe zone. You always have to leave at least 1 male and 1 female there or it will go doe only always.

Ideally that is how that works. There isn’t really an average amount of kills it takes though. My first bear when they first came out was 6.2k. But I have been averaging them around 300 kills with the setup.

For bears yeah. In fact the only difference really is that they drink during the daytime. With a drink time of 4-8 for the most part, everything else should be the same. The respawns for bears seem to be working well also.

Hello I Buy. I've never really got into grinding but do frequent the same areas quite a bit. But today I have decided to change all of that. I'm going to take your's and Lady's advice and try to start a grind on Revontuly Coast. But I was hoping you could answer a few questions for me as I'm getting started. I'm starting off with Whitetails but was thinking about trying to do moose and maybe Brown Bears at the same time so I wouldn't be resetting the time so much and maybe would relieve some of the hunting pressure at the same time. Or do you think I'm just biting off way more than I can chew. Another question I have for you is that when you're grinding for a G1 do you stack your diamonds like some of the other people do? I just feel like you're the one I trust the most on this subject. Thank you for this awesome video!❤❤❤

Hey! Yeah so Revontuli whitetail are really good! As long as you are hunting a minimum of 8 zones, shooting 2 per zone your hunting pressure should be gone when you get back to the first zone. Setting up moose can work, but it’s a a lot of work. I would maybe stick to just one species since you are just starting out. And yea I do stack my diamonds as well. It just makes it faster to shoot the rest of the map down.

This isnt really working for me and wondering if I'm doing something technically wrong. Ive killed about 200 bears, killed off all the females to start after setup. I'm making the rotation on about 5 exterior lakes and the 4 shooting lakes. Can't seem to clear the jumpers (one maybe two each cycle) and level of the shooting lake bears is stuck at lvl 7 (mind the fact that I'm not shooting those on the 4 lakes). Just seems to be rinse and repeat over and over. Just as an UPDATE its a pretty consistent pattern I find tWO small bears at one of the 4 shooting lakes and 1 jumper at an exterior lake. I kill them all but they just reapear the next cycle.

Since the retriever released the respawns have been bouncing a lot more. You may have to expand your search to more exterior lakes.

Absolutely. So with herds it can mess them up, and break your male respawns in that zone. And also create new zones. With bears, they are predators. So solo respawns, they bounce to other areas when you shoot them. It allows more males to be able to potentially respawn in that spot.

That hill got some kind of texture change or something when the retriever got released. So I had to find a new place there to put it down.

I'm really struggling with my bear grind, I got all the females off of the 4 main lakes, I have shot down all the large bears on the exterior lakes, my issue is when I start rotating the 4 main lakes all the big bears leave after shooting them and I end up with 2's, 3's and 4's on my main lakes. Thanks a lot! It is pretty awesome having them all. Sometimes you do run into the stubborn respawns, you can continue trying with pickup. Or, you can shoot the female and shoot a male from an exterior while leaving them on the ground. Exit to menu to try and get the em to swap. I was able to just shoot and pickup to get mine swapped though.

I don’t think there are any new bugs on them. But they have had a weird thing where the animation was behind the actual hit box model. Like sometimes you shoot and to you it’s standing there normal. But the hitbox shows it standing up.

Sometimes the rng will just swing your respawns low like that. You just have to keep on shooting and they will pick back up.

You don’t really need to unless those 10-15 become less. Then you will know you have bouncers you need to track back down.

ibuy, i am about 3.5k kills into my bear grind with no g1, i rotate through every lake on the far left of the map. at the 5 lakes you rotate through I have a total of 11 female bears in those 5 lakes. do you advise I change my grind up and shoot the left side lakes down, except for the 5 you rotate through, and then shoot the 11 females out of those 5 lakes ?

if i shoot those females and get them into new lakes, then it will open up slots for the males ?

That’s really up to you on how you want to grind them. I like the setup the way I have it. It works pretty easy.

@@ibuypremiumsright, i need to switch it up, as of now i get around 40 kills an hour. im asking that if i shot those females out of your 5 lakes would they swap with males ?

They will! You just have to make sure that you are hitting them off those lakes, and running around and shooting males from other lakes also! @@cadensechrist471

@@ibuypremiumsupdate, after 3 weeks and 6k kills, still no g1. i have perfected hm on my map and just spawned a sr blonde. how do i get that before a single g1. don’t you have over 10 with no sr ?

Does the not killing any animals at 4 lakes work for moose on new England or whitetail on layten lake bc me and my friends need help getting set up for great ones but there are no videos to help us

No, those you definitely have to be shooting. I did some really good collab videos with LadyLegend. They explain most things really well. I also do have a NEM moose video.

Is it important to have a specific amount of bears drinking at the "bounce" lake in order to "catch" the bears from the main 4 lakes? I got 5 females and a small male drinking there and my respawns aren't consistently as I expected them to be

I dont think there is a set number. If there is, i have not noticed. I just notice if my bears at the 4 lakes are a lower amount, and then i run around and find where they went. By doing that, i notice sometimes that some lakes have a tendency to eat respawns.

I buy is the first grind going to take longer because you have to shoot down all of your exterior zones or do you think they will all average like 3-6 hundred?

There is no average. I mean you can spawn one while you are running around and shooting stuff down. The GO spawn is just random.

My tent on the lake with the rocky hill( furthest left out of the four lakes) keeps getting the beaver issue, any way to fix this?

That came with the dog dlc. The map changed a little there. Or the rocks did. I don’t know exactly. But there are a couple of places to place a tent there still. In my discord in the call of the wild hunter chat there should be a picture of where the tent can be placed.
