Have you known someone who honored God in the midst of a difficult situation? How did that impact your faith?

Love your stories of working with your dad. As far as horses go I was never scared of them. You are right about respecting their strength. They are intelligent, and handled with respect & care, they can be a great companion. There are freak accidents, like car accidents. It happened to me. I got seriously injured. All I knew is that I didn't die. God wasn't finished with me yet. And HE is still working on growing me at age 69.

This my second year of listening to the bible. God has given me a deep love for the Old Testament an the realisation that the early church only had these books and over time the New Testament. Listening and reading the Bible in a year means that God has an opportunity to teach us new things. The text gets read in context and because it is done daily it is easy remember what was previously read and listened too. I strongly recommend it. It is a wonderful blessing.

Amen. We must stand in awe of the I AM, the only God who created everything that exists and yet loves us.

I have listened to both Sat. And Sun. Sermons now at least 2 times. I am 74 years old, met the Lord personally over 50 years ago and I don’t remember ever hearing anyone ever present the Sovereignty of our Father. Indeed His merciful heart is how we came to know of Him, but never has anyone been obedient enough to tell the whole truth. Thank you again pastor Alan, may the Lord continue to bless

Thank you for this message. One cannot honor God without obedience to Him. We have to hate what God hates and live what He loves. God hates idolatry!

Listened to this from our St. Thomas Ascension Hospital room in awe of God's healing power. Thanks Allen Jackson and WOC for making that possible. Katina's hymn was heavenly and we were proud to turn it and the message up as high as the volume would go so others could also be blessed 💕

Yes, Pastor Allen ALL this what you are sharing of bold truth of our lacking honor of God lives is so needed and you ARE exactly also right in not saying God bless to the lost or disobedient is in 2nd John 1:10 - 11. God works in one's heart and I often say to them 'May God bless your heart' as a prayer for them to look at theirs and welcome Him more into their heart to bring it to repentance.

It's OK Pastor... my version of 5:12 tells me the angels SAID with a loud voice..... and my husband tells me that he can't find one reference to angels singing in all of the scripture.... Maybe it's just because we grew up listening to Handel's Messiah that we assume that the angels sing? MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU , EVERYONE.
