No one is going to tell me this isn't a real sport-because it is. The way it all ends is totally surprising and narratively brilliant. I appreciate anyone who makes diecast and marble racing videos with such quality as this. For some reason, I find this to be pure entertainment. I really appreciate all the work that goes into creations like this.

Start to finish, that -- was drop-dead exciting. spoiler below: YES. YES. YES. I was hoping to do well, but my car far exceeded my craziest expectations. It is an honor and great-fun to race at Gravity Throttle Racing; and it's an even greater honor to win tournament #1 at this new, astoundingly badass racetrack. Thank you, Mark for hosting and for all of the time and energy you put into making this crazy hobby so much wicked-good fun to be a part of. My thumping heart may never recover, and the cliff-hanger is killing me to death. lol. 🍺🍺🍺😍🤩😎🍺🍺🍺

@numbskulldiecastracing Thanks, bud. Kudos to you for knowingly or unknowingly entering a dead ringer to win. I wish you could see it perform in real life. It is incredibly stable, which is why it gains on the top tier racers even if it has a rough go over the rocks and logs up top. It did so well that I'm forced to ban it from future races (...🤣...) at the dunes. No, actually, this tournament taught me a ton about my track. To give you some perspective, my test cars were barely breaking 19 seconds. Relish the day!!... and prepare yourself for "to be continued."

What a treat to wake up too on a Monday. Unconfirmed reports say it was really Cousin Jimmy driving for Uncle Elvis, who had over slept the start of the race. Interesting that the cars did not rotate for races 4 and 5. Looking forward to more action in 2025.

Look carefully because the order is slightly different. Race 1 order by seeding from nearest to farthest is 1-4-2-3. Race 5 order is 1-2-3-4. This way, every seed ends up racing side-by-side with each other.

@gravitythrottleracing exactly. I think that more hosts need to rotate the lineups after 4 laps in an 8 lap race, especially if there's 2 behind 2. That's well thought out and a testament to your professionalism.

This is seriously the most epic tournament final I’ve watched to date. Edge of your seat racing, from start to finish! As dominant as Numbskull was, it never quite felt like he was running away on the dunes. But man…get past the pretzel turns and it was like a nitrous shot. Absolute insanity. I’m also calling for a Numbskull/JAC head to head rematch, with a lane change! Although I might be satisfied with the “To be continued…” Didn’t realize the heads of GTR were retired 90’s sitcom producers. 😂 Seriously, amazing production, amazing racing. Congratulations to all four racers for making it to the finals! And way to go Numbskull!

Exhibition races after the main show? _TOAST-EEE!_ 🥳 Hahaha, all those special buttons and *that* was the one missing! While watching I couldn't escape the thought that if this were some Hollywood production they would split the finals into two parts. Still we fans are left on somewhat of a cliffhanger 😂 Such _showmanship,_ GTR!! Okay, this has to be well past the break now 😏🤭 That's the thing that makes Numbskull one of the most entertaining drivers ever -- he will bring that unexpected build within the rules and make it work!! Not even I expected knockout performance lap after lap, I figured the other top three would be right in the mix every step! Over this long a tournament endurance and survival definitely came into play and for at least one driver, the cumulative knocks and bangs finally caught up to them. Superb show, the perfect cure for a case of _The Mondays_ and a fantastic wrap to this event! 💯😎🏁

Yep, you're right. I just grabbed my original score sheet and did a boo boo. I had Lando ahead of Lonestar on the original score sheet for race 3. After correcting their scores, I didn't correct Lonestars accumulated score.

Thanks for the feedback on the scoreboard. The effort to arrange the racers, as you say, would take a lot of time. I use Powerpoint. I'm sure there's a software tool that would make that possible, I just need to learn it. I used to circle the leading score each round, so I'll do that for now. 😉

Numbskull is my favorite from the very start, since i like it because fantasy car doesnt have much fans nowadays. I suspected from the beginning of the tournament that Numbskull would win it all with that open-wheel car. I have a hypothesis that the less there is to scrape against the sides of a track, the better chance a car has. I thing that if someone were to enter a car where only the outer tips of their axles could touch the sides, they'd have a big advantage. I think Uncle Elvis was too top heavy to fare well against today's competition and that's why he ended up with the results he had. As for Lonestar and Lando, they were just up against the unstoppable Numbskull. (Unstoppable except for when Lando bumped him off the track - I think Numbskull would've won all 8 races but for that.) Can't wait for your team-up with Chaos Canyon! BTW, remember my grandson Alex Piz who raced here? Well, my granddaughter _Kira_ Piz won a tournament at Chaos Canyon back on their original track! I've been following Chaos Canyon for years.
