My parents took his parents to see the Smokies for the first time back in the 60s and it was fall. My dad said his mom just stood at an over look and cried.. she had never seen such beauty.

Oh the beauty! Stunning colors up the Smokys and into NC. Will, you were smiling ear to ear. The pine trees would not be outdone by the deciduous trees and sported their snow tipped branches. What a joy! Loved the wooden bridges in the Smokys with the rushing waters below and the trees bursting with color. Like you said Will, it leaves one speechless. Thanks for this beautiful video!

This is absolutely Beautiful guys!! My wife and I LOVE the Smokies! We had our Honeymoon there in 1979 and have been back probably a dozen times since!! My Heart is in that place, in those mountains and streams!! Hey Will, I want you to know that you do an EXCELLENT job with the Camera, you take your time for everyone to take everything in as you slowly pan! Most people jerk and move the camera too fast, it’s too jittery, but with yours you get the fill of being right there absorbing and taking in the feeling of what we are seeing!! Wow. So pretty. I have been coming over from NC for many, many years and have never stopped at Chimney Tops. I think we tend to take our beautiful mountains for granted when people from all over come here to see what we see on the daily. I drove to a neighboring town yesterday and noticed a lot of color here in the higher elevations. We live at around 2000 ft or so and we have a lot of pretty colors out our front window, but more as you gain elevation just about 5 minutes from our house. Thank you for sharing this. I will have to stop there on my next trip over
