Reminds me of Carter G. Woodson. "If negro must be perpetually fed by the same hand that pushed him in the ghetto, he will never be strong enough to leave the ghetto."

@jesusbermudez6775
@jesusbermudez6775 Жыл бұрын
@@jamesdenoia It may sound so; however, it is a very deep saying. This is not said by a person. It is said by the subconscious comparisons we make with our environment when we are children. When we are children we all make subconscious comparisons with our environment and these subconscious comparisons need securing. Few people are aware that these subconscious comparisons take place in all of us, and because of this lack of awareness of the subconscious comparisons, few people bother to secure them. So what the saying is telling us is that the subconscious comparisons are born alone (we are not aware they happened), they live alone because people are not aware they are taking place, and they die alone because when most people die they have not bothered to secure the subconscious comparisons that are acting on them. The subconscious comparisons take place when we are children, and they continue when we become adults. It is actually a saying from the subconscious comparisons to tell us that we have to secure them. It is a saying from the subconscious comparisons telling us that as well as looking after ourselves physically, we also have to secure the subconscious comparisons. What happens is that the subconscious comparisons are taking place and as they do so they eat away at our conscious. The more the subconscious comparisons continue the less conscious we become as we grow older. I wish you well.

Most of these sayings are wise. I do not understand why drunkenness in the Master is okay but drunkenness in his servant reveals meanness.

I think it's because the things he teacher to his students matter the most in a way when he drinks its honor as he might wanna but when his disciples do its because the master didn't teach then good habits kinda wierd

A master knows when to have a vice. Enjoy the vice. And not judge the next day. A servant inherently is not a master. Therefore there would be a lack of refined understanding of self abuse..

One could debate the highest virtue. But service and love go hand and hand at the top for most prominent thinkers on the subject. Rebellion is the opposite of service. Therefore the opposite of our nature if one believes in a creator. Before anything, God serves and loves. So allowing you brain housed by the skull. Is the rebellion to love and service not watched by your keeper. So robbers being negative thoughts and against your nature of love. If that clears it up.

@paul has the intended meaning by the thinker it seems. Beautiful interpretation. Like all great one liners, there are layers to the wisdom. Cliches paraphrase paragraphs typically lol… I applauded your word comprehension @paul.

Humans freedom? Came from lion spirits who died well and with a purpose. You disrespect the line of warriors that allowed you to be as this reality is. Many tyrants tried to over run societies. The Greeks to the Persians is my favorite example. Honor all sides of human nature. Know when each type is to be unleashed. Embrace the duality of existence. 😂 if you may?
