Yes in this community, only a few communities don't allow pools. You can see my pool on this channel I did a video on the installation process of ours but you can find some with pools. So many of the communities have great community pools that a lot of people don't put them in. -Mark

Ha ha! I have heard of that in some areas but we just don’t see that in our area unless it’s really bad. I like them because helps make sure our neighbor doesn’t open an auto repair shop next store.

These homes are different for sure. I would not say it is a rip off with everything in it and the homes will jump in this community I know.

Is the whole Summerwind crossing a gas community? It seems all the fancy specked homes have gas ranges. 😢

You can choose gas or electric for stove and usually heat and hot water will be gas in this community.
