Crazy at 6:00 how close that great white approaches the rocks. I guess it’s looking for seals that are looking to exit the water
@MILCHoney2 жыл бұрын
we actually watched, just before i got the drone out. a small seal pup playing in the water not 1 minute later the smaller shark came trailing his path. then there were 4!.. we were at the beach today looking, 2 orcas were spotted up the coast and a huge pod of dolphins. so i think the sharks have been scared out... for now ;)

Right after the fatal attack on Kimon Bisogno happened. It looks like you are flying in just to the north of the resort beach where she was killed at the scenic whale spotting area on Formosa St. Great shots...I cannot imagine being attacked by one of those brutes.....they all look to be adults in the 11-12+ft range and area capable of consuming a human quite easily. 2 fatal attacks in the past 4 months, and that guy posted a video of a huge 14-16ft monster cruising the spot where Kiki was killed just off the resort point. Thanks for uploading.

Im just down at the whale lookout at lookout beach. after all the beaches were closed alot of reports came in so i went out to look and this is what we found. we were on main beach and saw that huge one in the waves about 1 meter depth. with kids still splashing around. was crazy!

What happened to Kimon Bisogno is really sad ´ I looked into what happened ´may she and her partner in life and her daughter be in peace 🙏 Two recent attacks in the same zone in such a short period ´ this one just after Bruce Wolov attack ´ this should ring a bell ´ whatever tragic are those attacks it’s a reminder about the fact ocean is their home though There is something special about GW I don’t know what it is but they will do things other sharks won’t do ´ they really are scaring the shit out of me

@@杰-说话都要講道理 there were more gw spotted yesterday in the same area about 15 min after I left the beach :( there was a huge blue bottle wave over the last week or so. Not many swimmers out in the water because of it.

@@MILCHoney is it new that they come close to the shore recently ? It’s scaring somehow even if it’s their home ´ I heard of a zone one the west coast where GW don’t come close to the shore even if there are seals mainly because of the natural disposition of the reef and the see ´ I ll tell you which zone it is 👌

I've been surfing these waters for years now, seen them regularly.. but this last year was just insane, theres been a shift in behaviour for sure. i dont know why but the words that come to my mind are Air jaws and the Orcas herding chasing them up and down the coast.

They were chasing a small seal pup about 5 min before this so i think they were hanging around for him or to pick up his scent again.

When was this filmed? Any idea why there has been so much Shark activity in Plett recently?
@MILCHoney2 жыл бұрын
This was filmed on October 4th 2022. They say they are moving down the coast because of increased killer whale activity off the coast of Cape Town. Along with the increasing seal population in Plettenberg bay.
