Hey, that is the side attic access door. You may be able to store maybe some light items there but not really set up for storage, but more for attic access. Please let us know what other questions you have. Thank you.

@@Producerrealty thank you for your reply. what I don’t understand is how people in the area can afford these homes when the wages are so low. I just sold my home in another state where wages were much higher and homes are less then half.

@@apme12 There are a few variables like purchase price, your interest rate, down payment and PMI. Just looking at my mortgage calculator, if you were to purchase a home for say $390,000 and put 5% down, with estimated taxes of $2300 and insurance of $800 a year, you will be looking at a payment of around $2600. However, the lender will be able to give you specific estimates. You are welcome to give me a call if you would like to discuss. Thank you.
