3 BIKES (Now 2) 5 DAYS - DAY 4 - ALL THE BACK ROADS

Day 4 - Lets get out of here. After all the fuss of the Helicopter rescue Chris and I still had to get home. We went looking for some back roads to explore and found some amazing tracks. Again, the day was not without some disruptive events.

Roxette has proven she can take a punch and come back the next day like a Champ. Great roads again. Every time I see you Aussies take a river crossing I'm looking for Crocs... not the pink or orange ones, the luggage guys with sharp teeth. 🐊 Glad you got the back pack... back... The bitey crocs are limited to the far north of Australia, not something we have to deal with, trips not done yet, more to come.

I was in much the same spot as where you talked to that Farmer, in my Ute, wanting to go West to Warrabah NP. Google maps told me to continue, but I had a bad feeling... went around the long way and checked out the other end of the route and discovered Goggle was directing me to eventually cross the Namoi, where it was a bout 3M deep and 30M wide - haha! Great series Steve, sometimes plans going astray just leads to plenty of discovering and fun!

Great episode Steve. I did the same thing with forgetting my camelback recently on a ride to Rainbow Beach from Teerwah beach, left it at the servo at Tewantin, back tracked about 3 hours later and it was still there, 😁cheers 👌👌🍻🍻🍷🍷
