Here's several ideas for making a great speech: Allow plenty time. Start writing. Put down whatever you can - it's better than empty space! get help from friends. You don't have to do it by alone Use ready made speech outlines. Try it out in front of severl people and ask for their opinions.

At some point we all end up in that famous "Weird Side of KZbin" without really realizing how we got there... But every once in a while we stumble across stuff like this that *aaaaalmost* cancels out the "WTF did I just watch" that we usually find on the Weird Side. This. Was. Awesome. Here's my two cents. Only a smart, confident, funny good looking guy can deliver such a very sweet entertaining speech. And you nailed it! I love the way you started! Very good introduction! You were able to capture the attention of the guests although we know they will, but you gave them more reasons to listen with gusto! I like the way you gave us a little hint of how you grew up with your big brother and how you get to know his bride, short but the important elements were there. The progress of your speech, from being funny to being sweet is truly charming! From your speech, even though I'm not a family, I can sense the strong bonding you have for your brother. Many grooms have brothers to stand beside them as their best man, but very few are like you who can deliver such heartwarming speech. You just showed with your preparations and practice how much your big brother means to you. I am a wedding planner/host and how I wish that I can have a best man who can deliver a speech like that in the weddings that I am hosting. Your brother must be very grateful for this moment.
