Jigglypuff's down air can hit up to 9 times! Hits 1 through 8 can deal 1.5% each hit, while the 9th hit WILL deal an additional 2%! Combo-crazy! It has the ability to be chained together with itself! Down air is one of The best moves Jiggly has!
