Awesome here’s the recipe if you need it 1 cup of chocolate chips 1 semi sweet chocolate bar or chunks 1 cup unsalted butter 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour (lilys) 1 tbsp cornstarch 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup white sugar 1 egg + 1 egg yolk room temp 2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp heavy cream Recommendations do not over mix Refrigerate at least 2 hours

So honestly I have not tried any substitute for heavy cream, but if you had to have one I would try half/half or evaporated milk
