Patrick I can’t describe how much I love your videos. Your squash knowledge is top tier. Such a refreshing outlook on squash. The PSA Comments these days make me lose hope in the elitist fan base. But videos like these make me feel giddy again like a kid. Nicol, palmer, JP and Jon white are the players I grew up on. Love it man, keep up the good work

@@johnrock3560 glad to hear it. Seems like fans these days just pick and choose which players they love and hate and have no appreciation for the actual game.

I get coached by Rhamat Khan and I can confirm he tortures us with this lying down court sprints drill every sunday

Thanks for the comment. I think Rhamat may have invented this concept of running court sprints... tell him thanks!

It's a hard call, and particularly so as neither player is exactly one of my favourites! But, and that said, John looked like he was already completely gone and was barely able to stay on his feet during that rally, so to make a dive retrieval - at full extension - _and_ to then somehow be able to get enough height on the ball to avoid the stroke... Well, it was pretty impressive! And despite Assal's (sometimes) boorish behaviour, there's no doubting his ability to dig deep when it counts. Surprisingly, perhaps, at least for such an attacking player, Assal _does_ seem to win an awful lot of _very_ close 5-game matches, and often they include points such as this - one that must have broken Elias's heart! Ok. Well, in a split decision (I was torn! Ahaha) I give the round to Assal - because, despite the occasional outburst, he is an exciting player to watch, and he is good for the interests of the game overall! *1 VOTE TO MUSTAFA ASSAL*
