Something I think people inevitably forget when they face Ganondorf, due to all of his weaknesses, is the simple fact that ONE HIT is all Ganondorf needs to put you in KO range, and if you don't respect him, he WILL KO you.

Yeah Ganon’s advantage state is actually really good in a way people underestimate. He has very few true combos, but his tech chasing and frame trapping (to a lesser extent) is really good because his options cover so much space. All his smash attacks are stupid good in situations where the opponent has limited options because they each generally cover several of those options. Then you have 2 command grabs plus your normal grab for beating Shields. There’s just a lot of different mixups you can do to the point where people don’t appreciate how limited their defensive options are against him.
