Never heard this song before... but oh my gosh. It could have been written for me and my soon to be hubby 💕 7 years ago, we met & fell head over heels in love. He was 20 & I was 27 with 3 kids, and despite him telling me he was ready for all that that entailed, I let him go. I didn’t want to cheat him out of having his own kids (and I was convinced I was DONE after 3). He went off and got married, I went on trying to find anything that compared to what we had.. I was unsuccessful (something like that doesn’t come along often). 7 years passed.. and then one day out of the blue, he messaged me. We headed out to the river (where we always seem to end up cause we’re both river rats lol) He kissed me and the same fire we once had still burned. That was over a year ago, and we’ve been together ever since. And we’re expecting a baby this September, and plan to get married soon after 💕 he is my forever. I couldn’t be more blessed that life brought us back together.
