Thanks so much. After two years you speak English very well. I know that Windows 7 is difficult to change languages. I watched other videos on how to do that with an application but was not successful as I didn't find out which W7 version was installed. I came across a tip on how to install Windows 10 after watching your video, by going through the Microsoft Accessibility site. If you look up Windows 10 free upgrade for customers who use assistive technologies you can install W10 for free, and no you don't have to use any assistance technologies from Microsoft. After W10 was installed ( very long say 2 hours) again the Japanese Acer came up in Japanese,. With your tutorial, I just followed along and set up French and English. Thanks again!

I once did this to my laptop when I still have Windows 8. But when I downloaded Windows 10 for free, it installs Japanese language again. So, I follow all of the steps here and I still can't have an English language. I keep on restarting my laptop, but it doesn't change anything. Though the keyboard is set to English in a Japanese format. Please, help. :(

+Criscell Dela Cruz I don't know well about that how can solve that problem. But I know one of simple way. You can install English version Windows 10. I think it's most simple way for use English Windows 10. You can use English Windows 10 if you have license of Japanese one.

If you changed keyboard setting, than you need to change your keyboard or just remember all array of your keyboard in your brain. For me I remember all of the Korean keyboard array aleady. So I have no problem in Japanese keyborad with Korean keyboard setting.

Wish I could say this changed all the Windows 10 menus to English but they are still in Chinese. Program names are in English with BLUE chinese names underneath each one. The Power menu for instance is still completely in Chinese. Any ideas?
