En silloin lapsena ymmärtänyt täysin mitä tässä ohjelmassa kilpaillaan mutta katsoin tätä aina musiikin takia ❤

This was recommended to me because I was watching the American Greed on KZbin, which I watched on TV forever ago. What country is this anyway? Finland? It seems very loyal to the original. The music is a bit peculiar and doesn't seem intense enough, but it's fun to watch even though I don't have a clue what anyone is saying. :)

This version is based on the Italian version of Greed (stylised as Gr€€d). I have found two of these videos during my search from months ago. The opening: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fJCqpmB7osdnebs A fragmented episode from December 6th, 2000: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nqaYlZ6Knpd9eck

This is the Finnish version, yeah. The host in these days is one of the most influential TV-producers in Finland, having produced for example (but not limited to) "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" and "Big Brother Finland". He even has also been a TV-reporter during ice hockey matches.

It's also based on the British version (called Gr££d), which was hosted by, of all people, Jerry Springer.

@@HarlemHyena Yeah, I watched a snippet of the British one. As soon as Jerry Springer walked out I did a double take. I started to wonder if the contestants sometimes lunged at each other in the British version. Haha.

tuossa pikkuisen virhettä oli Krakataun kohdalla koska se tulivuori muistaakseni räjähti kappaleiksi MUTTA siitä on syntynyt toinen versio jota ei kutsuta samalla nimellä :D

The music and background are nice but they are not fitting for a Greed show. They sound more lighthearted and soft compared to the darker, more intense American version.

Shut up, this show is almost 20 years old and music is nostalgic.
@MikeDexbach5 жыл бұрын
LittleDfan music itself is amazing, no doubt in that. It’s the usage of it that sucks. There are TV show format rules and scripts, and a lot of that stuff was ignored. A big chunk of the show feels awkward ‘cause of silence where it is supposed to be music cues. There are other countries’ versions of Greed where all the scripts were followed, and the whole show is perfect.
@kazimierzijadwiga4 жыл бұрын
@@MikeDexbach You are absolutely right. For example, in the Polish version of the program, when the safe door graphics appeared, it was accompanied by a sound that in the Russian version sounded after the elapse round. The straps rolled in silently, and when the question arose, a harp chord was played. It sounded ridiculous. The sounds of response variants were the same as everywhere.
@kazimierzijadwiga4 жыл бұрын
I do not know what it depends on. I thought that detailed instructions absolutely oblige producers of local versions of the program to follow them, and this is not the case.
