Greedy Best First Search Tutorial! (50 Subscriber Special)

Thank you guys for 50 Subscribers! As promised, I have made you guys a pathfinding tutorial for GBFS. The reason why I chose this algorithm is because in my experience, this works extremely fast and is optimal enough for rec room CPU and NET wise.
The next goal is 75 subscribers, and once I get there, I'll make a dijkstra tutorial!
