I used to work at a Greek bakery in Montreal and we referred to these puffs as "Kok" or "coke" :) they look amazing and simple enough to make at home! Thank you chef Akis !

I noticed that Akis shoot this video in Greek as well (the same recipe, same cloths) It show up on my KZbin side bar. There were 40 pastry in each recipe, so that was double he had to make during the same day.
