Greek spinach pie is called spanakopita. Bourek is different, a cousin. First off, I would use good quality olive oil to make Greek food, not avocado oil. Secondly, I would do a traditional blend of ground beef and lamb for gyro. Lastly, Greek salad is not cucumber, red onions and bell pepper chopped up into small bits tossed and marinated. Vegetables should be cut larger into wedges and slices, with tomatoes, Kalamata olives, feta, salt, dried oregano and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar or lemon juice before serving.
