The light in Corfu can not be told in words - it`s so blue/white and you can almost touch it with your fingers. Corfu British Cemetery - it`s so full of life, full of energy and........you have to visit for yourself. But the gem in my heart is the Greek cornerstore Rodos as reflects in our home with all the ICAROS ceramics from the island. Thanks Dimitra for this video.

Just got back from visiting Greece for 10 days 😍; which I quickly found out was not enough . I saw quite a bit with the group we traveled with . Plan on going back next year & do some island hopping . Loved the culture, enthusiasm, & ambiance of the Greek people & their food is Amazing!!!

Thank you for such a great overview of the Greek islands! My wife and I went on a cruise from Venice to Greece and want to go back this September fly into Athens and go island hopping.

Thanks! You should definitely do the island hopping:) the easiest islands to hop around from Athens are the Cycladic Islands- I’d recommend Naxos and the surrounding islands- you can even use Naxos as a base and do day trips if you don’t feel like changing too many hotels. Have fun!

@@dimitraneonakitheculturemu5910 you are welcome Dimitra! Long story short, while not Greek, I lived my teenage years in Greece in the mid 90s and fell in love in it. Fast forward 27 years later and a family member finally went back to Greece to visit. While I knew a lot about Greece, his visit got me interested about Greek islands geography and that is when I discovered last week that they are divided into 8 groups. And today i stumbled into your video which explains the groups and the geography extremely well. So Efkharisto poly and subscribed!
