one layer less in the dolmade/tagyak pot....My great grandma came from Armenia when the massacre was happening, she taught me Kufta, lamb dolmades/tagyak, cheese turnovers, Lamb Shish-kabob and many others,...always a pinch of this and a pinch of that. ALWAYS we washed hands in the sink before working with food. She was a GREAT lady. I miss her today.

Love Greek food such a shame not so many Greek restaurants around anymore, just so you know the Cornish pasties you mentioned where originally made for the Cornish miners and the thick crust was for them to hold with their dirty hands and was generally thrown away.

Για την ακρίβεια, τα κουπέπια είναι πολύ διαφορετικά από τους ντολμάδες. Ωραίο βιντεάκι πάντως!

Καλά έκανε ο Θωμάς και την διόρθωσε, χαχαχα. Είμαι κι εγώ Αγγλοκύπριος αλλά δεν χρησιμοποιώ την λέξη «κουπέπια». Ντολμάδες είναι πιο ωραία λέξη και πιο σωστή!
