Alessandra, can't wait to try this. When I cook with lemons and garlic I use the lemon to remove the odor from my hands and cutting board. With that said, I love your method of mincing the garlic. Ingenious!

If you plant some outside it grows like wildfire. I have it in a small area and need to keep pulling it out because it grows so rapidly. I also pull roots and share it with friends. 🥰

@@alessandrasfoodislove Bad thing about FL...one of many. There is no "soil" It's sand..not easy to make a nice garden..When I was little in NY, I loved planting a garden. Here??? Ugh. You have to cultivate the sand first. But I'd love to grow mint and some herbs. Then we get wicked storms anymore in the spring and summer. Ruins the garden. The weather here has changed a lot in the last 50+ years. And not for the better.

I remember my great grandmother Fiore telling us that her grandfather was Greek. When I did my DNA, it came back 97% Italian..Guess what the 3% was??? She was right!
