At least make the dough. It's so easy and so delicious. You can do everything with it! I prefer putting stuffing inside like cheese, mince meat or even hot dogs and then frying it... it's crazy good!

Gyros Quesadilla? No!!! In Zakynthos we called this Gyros club sandwich. Tried it out on first sight and it worked perfectly, as long as u stick to akis directions.

Pita bread yes. Pork belly should be banned. Just fat to kill us all. Sorry, I've been to several countries and little kids were eating big chunks of Pork belly. They were porkers as well. I don't see why you would want to eat something that is 70% or more fat. JMHO!
