Very informative indeed, plant alergy related cases are on the rise in Ladakh due to weak immune system in the body. Our immune system is getting weaker because of lifestyle,too much junk food, spending long hours in closed areas with too many people like in cafes and restaurants,no exersise,taking a ride even for the shortest distance instead of walking,pollution from imaginable vehicles and micro dust from the crushers around leh town

Dr ley It’s a good advice with predominantly local dialects unlike some of the speakers in the region using many nonsensical mixed/spoiled phrases.. But I would like to suggest you that instead of repeatedly suing the Urdu word ‘LEKIN’ you must say own beautiful words ‘ Innang or Inskyang in sentences .. It’s high time and responsibility on this generation to save the fast dying language of Ladakh .. Juley 🙏🏾🌹
