You should do a YT series on your unique marinating, braising, etc sauces

*One video wouldn't be enough because one meat can be marinated a million and ten different ways. It's just upto you to play around with the flavors you want to taste that particular day. Read the marination thread i did on twitter to serve as your blueprint *Check the sauced and dips i have already done on the blog *Braising is a cooking method (other methods are like boiling, frying etc) that just involves slow cooking. Google more and read on it xx
