Quick question for you: we tried to cook frozen artichoke hearts with rice on the side. The frozen artichoke cooked on simmer for about an hour and 15 mns but some hearts remained hard. What to do? Thks

عندما نحضر نوع طبخة بالخضار يجب اعطاء وقت للخضار مع باقي المكونات على نار هادئة حتى يأخذ الطعام نكهة مميزة ولذيذة جدا
