Cool video man. Love the GBB. I have one myself. It’s a juvenile and I can’t wait to see her as an adult. I’m coming in about 4 years late but I enjoyed the video and I’m glad to hear that she’s doing good and laid an egg sack in that enclosure. They sure do web the whole thing up. All that hard work making it look beautiful just to be covered in web. Personally, I love how prolific the web. It’s my favorite spider in my collection.

Love how you set up the enclosure! I do have a question, does that lid stay secure? I’ve heard of tarantulas escaping when kids aren’t secure and they can push them up.

I'm new to tarantulas and I purchased a gbb as I was told they are great first t. I'm a little nervous at the mo as I wasnt told they are really fast runners and I'm a little nervous when changing the water or feeding as I'm afraid its gonna bolt from the enclosure with the lid off. How often do they bolt from the enclosure or am I worrying to much.

You can’t really tell how often they would bolt. Haha. But normally it’s all about respecting your Ts and giving them comfortable enclosure where they will feel safe. 😊
