Hi Sachin...good video... one question: why EB1-C concurrent filing I-140s that are filed earlier are not being adjudicated sooner than standalone I-140s filed much later? No one seems to be paying attention to EB1-C's plight. I filed EB1-C concurrent I-140/I-485/I-765/I-131 including Medicals mid Feb 2022. Only got Biometrics done April 2022. No EAD yet... At the same time I have heard friends who filed after Feb in March/April ...standalone I-140s are getting approved much faster in 6 weeks to 2 months and then they are filing I-485s that goes to NBC. Why are we in concurren filings are getting left behind in I-140 approvals?

Do we need 485j if we do concurrent file? My i140 is pending and thinking to file 485, and i believe when i140 receipt is attached we don't need 485j but what happen after i140 gets approved before 485 decision being made. Do we need 485j?

Dear Sachin Raval, sorry for consuming your precious time with my question.. If the one goes for expedite processing for I-140 and it gets approved, does it mean that the USCIS will send the I-765 and I-131 right after the I-140 is approved or not..? Thanks for your response
