This bird is not singing it is terrified. That baby is so beautiful and alert. You can tell how smart he/she is by how alert the eyes are. You have no toys in there, no food or water and that is an insufficient cage for that parrot. You should be ashamed of yourself.

If you leave a bird in that small of a cage, it will go insane. It might even die earlier. Also when a bird goes outside of its cage, and flies around the house, it can always come back to its cage for food. If you disagree, you should not be owning a bird.

Looks like a transport cage to me and the other birds confirms that it’s a temporary thing and not the end of the world considering it’s probably not it’s primary cage. I use carriers myself but a transport cage is just as good.

My green check sun kanurs always keep chewing natural wood or sticks is it common behaviour? Or is it harmful? For exp- If I keep a natural stick inside their cage then the whole day they will keep shredding the wood and chewing that sticks is it safe?

Isn't it better to give the parrot a lot of space and toys / stuff to have fun with than leave him like this? It feels like this bird would be more happy with those and be more "ready" for taming if I say it like that. What's your opinion? Owner of 2 Green Cheek Conures here. @@cambricjimenez4882 I'm not new to the conure world sweetheart, I've had parrots and conures since I was 2 years old... having solely dowel perches isn't good for birds' feet in general, not JUST conures... having perches of different shapes and shaped like actual branches on trees is a lot better for birds' feet, it keeps them healthy in general and heavily reduces the chance of them getting bumble feet which causes major discomfort for birds...

However that is not my problem and neither was I complaining about the chirping of the bird.
