It is only through the grace of God you are blessed to still have her. I visit my mom at her gravesite now, but was blessed to have her for 81years; yet still tear up cause I miss her so. I found that when I tell myself I’m gonna diet, it triggers the immediate urge to cheat and eat unhealthy. But if I tell myself that I’m gonna eat healthier and make healthier choices, I stick to it. I think the best thing to do is set aside a day in the week to prep your food. It really does help especially when you’re tired and hungry. Good luck with your healthier eating. you got this!! Oh Nate, boy howdy do I feel you. Giving up the foods you love and changing the way you eat to benefit your health is hard. But I believe in you. If I can do it, you can. And I don't t always make the best choice. But I don't beat myself up over it. I move on, and the next choice is better. Eating healthy shouldn't be a punishment, it should be enjoyed.
