Hi dear ... Thank you for your great recipes .... really helpful in my home. Kale is not very common in Ghana and if you find it , it’s not cheap. Is there a substitute you could recommend please @nanaaba’s kitchen

I’m trying to think of the perfect green leafy substitute that wouldn’t mask the flavors. It hard because, I’m not familiar with what’s available on the local market. Borkorborkor is what I can think of at the moment. I’m open though to other suggestions. Whatever you use must have a neutral flavor and texture. So no slimy leaves would work. I’ll let you know if I figure something else out🙏
