perfect food for hardworking people. People who work a lot. Couch potatoes should not eat anything and do upawasa every alternate day. Cholesterol is a result of too much wrong fats and stress. Hardworking people should enjoy such hearty, delicious and nutritious food. That too made so meticulously and with lots of love. This is a perfect food.
