I bought a brand new Davey Crockett from Amazon after months of research. I received the grill shipped directly from Green Mountain Grills. I paid $379 for the grill and followed the initial start up and burn in steps. When I went to start the grill for a first cook it would not power on. I've tried calling but no human will answer. I've tried emailing the warranty department. I got a couple email responses to troubleshoot and nothing has worked. It has been weeks without any response from Green Mountain. I just want a working grill that I paid for or replacement parts to fix what arrived broken. How do I get that help?

The tab for holding the grease bucket should be bigger, it falls off to easy

Bud Lambert $400 per their website. The biggest model is $1000. I've seen grills for more but none of them have the wifi option which is what interests me being the huge tech nerd that I am.
