Green Mountain Grills Daniel Boone | Smoked Cherry Bourbon Ham

With Easter around the corner I decided to put a twist on the traditional ham and add in a key player....Bourbon! After seasoning it up with Heath Riles's Cherry Rub and smoking it for about 4 hours over a blend of hickory, maple and cherry wood pellets on my Green Mountain Grills Daniel Boone. I glazed it heavily in that cherry bourbon glaze and let it smoke for about another 30 minutes and it came out MONEY! It smelled just like Christmas!
